How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the warehouse your item ships from and is shown at checkout. Standard international shipping often takes about 15–35 days, and the holiday season can add extra time. Items stocked in US warehouses usually arrive faster.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. Import duties or fees may apply in some cases.
Christmas cutoff
For standard shipping, we recommend ordering by December 5 for a realistic chance of Christmas arrival. We will not claim Christmas delivery when it is unlikely.
Orders & tracking
How do I track my order?
Use the Order Tracking page once your shipment has a carrier tracking number.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed yet, we will try to cancel it. Once shipped, standard return rules apply.
Returns
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (see Return & Refund Policy). For other return requests, contact us and we will advise case by case.
